We have some more new features inside Kajabi that we wanted to announce!

Most of these new features revolve around our email marketing tool, but we wanted to start this announcement off with bang and tell you about an awesome feature now available to ALL of our members...

Live Chat Is Available For Everyone!

Now you can get instant help from our team of technical experts just by accessing the Live Chat module inside your Kajabi dashboard!

In the past we kept Live Chat strictly for users on our highest tier plan, but we understand issues can arise at the worst times, and we want all of our users to get help they need, when they need it.

Now you can rest easy knowing that if you’re ever stuck in the middle of a product launch or something's not working as intended, you can get instant access to our amazing Hero Coaches.

One of our core values here at Kajabi is make the journey into becoming a #kajabihero as simple and easy as possible, without any obstacles to success, and enabling Live Chat for everyone is a big step towards that.

How you can take advantage of Live Chat:

Step 1: Click the “Help” tab on your main sidebar

Step 2: Type in your question

Step 3: Click the “Chat With Us” Button at the bottom of the box

It is that simple!

Okay, now let’s move into some of the new features now available in email marketing.

Feature #1 - Attaching Files To Email

This is something that has been requested for a while and we are happy to be able to finally add this to your toolkit!

We understand attention spans are at an all time low these days and the last thing you want to do is send your customers away from your email to a landing page so they can download a file.  

Now with this new feature you can now send documents directly to your customers with just a few simple clicks.

Feature #2 - Customize Your Button Color

This may seem like a small and simple thing, but we wanted to make sure that your emails match your brand. While previously email buttons were defaulted to a Kajabi blue, now you have the option to customize your email buttons to better suit the look and feel of your choice.  

All you have to do is simply add a button to your email and you can select the color of choice at the bottom of the form (as seen above).

Feature #3 - Add Numbers & Bullet Points To Emails 

Here’s a feature that’s going to have those of you who like generating lists running wild. You can now add bullet points and/or number sequences to your emails!

This is great way to highlight key points in your email, in case your customers are quickly skimming through.

Feature # 4 - Fullscreen Email Editor

We understand that writing and sending out emails to your list is difficult. And it’s even tougher when you have a limited space to work with on your screen.

We decided to help you out with the latter burden by offering you a fullscreen option for the email editor.

Now, when you are writing out your emails, you can expand the editor to full screen so you can see the entire email which will help you expedite the editing process.

Feature # 5 - Preview Recipients

Last but not least, we wanted to tell you about our new feature that allows you to preview your recipients when you are setting up your email.

In the past, when you were choosing your filters for your email broadcast our app would show you numerically how many people were going to receive your email.

Now, you can actually see a list of all the subscribers that will receive your email based on the filters.
